Q:  I have a neighbor who has trash all over their yard, how do I get them to clean it up?

A:  Best option is typically to politely approach that neighbor and ask them to address the issue.  If that doesn't not work you can let the association board know so they can try to address the situation with that member.

Q:  I have heard we have pond and common areas that we are allowed to use.  Where are those areas and how do I access them?

A:  There are two main common areas:

  • One is at the corner of W. Spring Meadows Lane and Schavey road, it has two tennis courts, a small picnic area and pond/lake access for swimming and fishing.
  • The second is on the west side of W. Spring Meadows Lane and contains a second pond and access to the Looking Glass River. There are two paved sidewalks to access the common area off of W. Spring Meadows Lane and one at the south end off of Sandhill Drive.  Between the river and pond there is a natural walking path that is great for a nature walk and walking dogs.
